The spaces where we gather deserve just as much thought as the rooms where we rest. Every surface, every seat, and every floor in our social spaces has been chosen with purpose — for its beauty, its story, and its impact.

What you can find in our social spaces:
Reused barfront
What do you do with all the leftover tiles from interior finishes during renovation? With some creativity, our U-bar front is entirely padded with leftover construction materials, creating a unique and beautiful mosaic. Nothing was wasted. Everything found its place.

Remade surfaces
Made from British waste wood material — recycled timber, wood dust, cement and plaster waste, and a water-based binder — sourced from city maintenance, local sawmills and building sites. This is what makes our Foresso surfaces so unique. At the end of its life, the material can be returned for re-use and recycling — every piece of material no longer needed can be ground up and used in future batches, ensuring that none goes to waste.

Organic upholstery
The organic upholstery of our custom made benches is crafted to minimise its impact on the natural environments that it mimics. It is primarily made from natural wool yarn — a renewable resource — using an innovative manufacturing process. Kvadrat uses a technique that, compared to conventional methods, reduces water consumption by between 80 to 95%.

Certified wood
Stepping on flooring that is from responsibly managed forests just feels better. Our wooden floor is made exclusively from FSC certified wood, oiled with 100% pure and natural oils and waxes from renewable resources. The energy generated during production powers not only the company Weitzer Parkett but also more than half of their city.
