Group bookings start at six rooms. Tell us your dates and what you have in mind, whether that's a weekend away, a team trip or a big birthday, and our reservations team will check availability and put it together. Private dinners and set menus at Il Solito are possible too. Just ask.

The Usual Florence sits in a 19th-century corner building on Via Nazionale, next to Mercato Centrale. Santa Maria Novella station is a short walk away, so arrivals are easy, and the Duomo is close enough for an after-dinner stroll. Everything your group came for is within walking distance. The rest is downstairs at Il Solito.

We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure every detail is perfectly arranged. For larger events, a month’s notice is ideal. However, if you’re working with a tight timeline, contact us at +31 64 3737960, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your group.

Our menus are crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. In Rotterdam, full-service catering is available for group events, while Brussels focuses on creative bites and drinks in the U Bar’s boutique atmosphere.
This is a key feature of our Rotterdam location only, where meeting rooms and accommodation come together for a seamless group experience. In Brussels, we do not offer meeting rooms. However the U Bar provides a lovely setting for casual discussions or celebratory gatherings.
