Yes! Early check-in is available from 12:00 for an additional €20, subject to availability. Late check-out is possible until 13:00 for an additional €20. If your room isn’t ready early, you’re always welcome to leave your luggage with us and check in later. Just ask our hosts to arrange your preferred option.

For prepaid rates, payment will be done at the time of booking via debit card, credit card or iDeal payments. For reservations with credit/debit card guarantee, you card will be charged at the end of your free cancellation period. City tax (where applicable) will be due upon arrival to the hotel and can be made via credit or debit card.
Invoices for reservations made in the hotel or at theusual.com will be issued with an invoice via email after check-out from your stay. In case you need to amend the address on your invoice, please specify during the pre-check-in process or advise one of our friendly hosts during your stay.

Our hotels do not have parking available. But there are parking options nearby, which also include electrical charging points. Yes! We have 8 standard bicycles available for rent. The cost is €16 per day or €13 for 3 hours. Reservations cannot be made in advance—simply book with our hosts once you're at the hotel. You can rent a bicycle for the duration of your stay, with a maximum of one extra day after checkout.
Yes! Our self-service laundry facilities include one washing machine and one dryer. The washing machine costs €3.50 per cycle, and the dryer is €3.25 per cycle. Laundry detergent is included in the price.
