The Conference Arena has a 65" LED TV suitable for video conferencing, air conditioning, free WiFi, and our favorite pens & notepads, all in 22.6 m2. The Conference Arena also contains a small minibar which can be stocked with our optional snack break packages.
From presentations to product launches, these rooms contain boardroom style seating and can seat 8-27 people depending on the seating arrangement.

Book your roomIdeally, meeting rooms should be booked at least 14 days in advance, particularly if food and beverage services are required. Larger events should be booked at least a month in advance. However, if the hotel is not fully booked, there may be an option to reserve a room at the last minute through the check-in desk. Please call +31 64 3737960 or speak with one of our hosts to check availability and rates. Payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.
Our meeting rooms are perfect for companies, home-based businesses, entrepreneurs, creatives, and non-profit organizations looking for a unique setting. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, our rooms blend comfort with playful designs to enhance creativity. For events in our co-working spaces or Mindgym that require special arrangements, we will discuss details beforehand to ensure the best fit for both parties.
Rates depend on room availability, size, duration, and specific client needs. Currently, we offer half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) options. For potential discounts or negotiations, please contact our Meetings & Events (M&E) coordinator for more details.
While we do not currently offer a loyalty program, we encourage frequent guests to take advantage of discounted rates for regular use of our meeting rooms.
No, at this time we do not offer agent rates. Additionally, all of our rates are non-commissionable.
All meeting bookings include our standard F&B package, which offers unlimited coffee, tea, cookies, infused water, and fresh fruit in the meeting room. Add-ons such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, alcoholic beverages, and refreshment breaks can be arranged in advance with the M&E Coordinator. For larger events, we also offer internal catering services.

Each meeting room comes equipped with a screen, USB-C connection, notepads, pens, and our standard F&B package. For additional requests, please reach out to events.rotterdam@theusual.com.
Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 27 people. For events hosted in our Mindgym and co-working spaces, the capacity ranges from 30 to 80 guests, depending on the setup.
